Well, I have been so blessed in the past to travel. I am so happy I was born American so I have the freedom to see the rest of what G-d has created for us.
My family always instilled the importance of being well rounded. They thought learning new languages and about new cultures was important. Being able to accept people and circumstances no matter what they were. I love this. I love that I have such an amazing passion and talent for traveling.
I am so blessed to be working with the Chinese people. I will be teaching oral English as well as working with the "family" there. This is what is truly on my heart. I know that G-d has some amazing plans out there for me in this field. He has definitely blessed me with opportunities for now and an amazing family at home to help me along. He has provided the means and the talents that he knew I would need for this work.
This blog will be about China for the next year. Then October 2009 we are planning a move to Brasalito, Guanacaste, Costa Rica for some work with a youth group. Hopefully everything else for that trip will start to fall into place soon. We are going to be working with a youth group as well as doing some street outreach. This is a very big field we are about to be in the middle of.
Please me "thinking" about me and my time in China.. as well as the team going to Costa Rica in 2009. I will have regular updates on here with all of my fun adventures and crazy China stories. Enjoy!

I know a lot of you think I am completely crazy and maybe just a little insane for going all the way to the other side of the World, but I appreciate that you still support me. I really will be OK.
